Jedoch ist es sehr wichtig, dass man sich auch ausreichend über all die verschiedenen Optionen informiert. Ich würde mich diesbezüglich auf jeden Fall einmal fachmännisch beraten lassen, sowohl bei der Bank als auch beim Bauträger. Bei unserem Wohnungskauf in München haben wir uns mehr als ausführlich bei unserer Hausbank als auch beim zuständigen Bauträger () beraten lassen.

Das ist in der Tat eine wirklich schwierige Frage, die ich bis vor kurzem wohl noch mit einem eindeutigen Ja beantwortet hätte. Es hängt aber wohl oder übel auch sehr stark davon ab, wo sich die Immobilie bzw. das Ferienhaus oder die Ferienwohnung letztendlich befindet.

Nachdem ich bei www.hausverwalterscout.de/Magazin-Wegwe ... nungen-993 genauere Informationen über das Urteil gelesen habe und es da mitunter zu gröberen Veränderungen am Markt kommen könnte, sehe ich dem ganzen doch ein bisschen skeptisch entgegen.

wir beschäftigen uns aktuell mit Kapitalanlagen, weil wir etwas für das Alter ansparen möchten. Auf http://www.kapitalanlage-optionen.de/ habe ich nun gelesen, dass Immobilien eigentlich eine zuverlässige und sichere Kapitalanlage sind. Wie sieht es mit Ferienimmobilien aus? Rentiert sich das aus finanzieller sicht, oder eher weniger?
