bevor die Sommersaison beginnt, möchten wir hier noch die Wohnungen renovieren. Für das Wohnzimmer würde ich gerne ein paar Bordüren anbringen. Auf https://www.bordueren-kaufen.de/ habe ich auch ein paar schöne Bordüren gesehen. Nun bin ich mir aber nicht sicher, wie man diese am Besten langanhaltend anbringt. Nimmt man da normalen Tapetenleim?

ich suche jemanden für einen Radiobeitrag, der eine Ferienwohnung besitzt und diese ab und zu untervermietet. Mich interessiert, wie die Untervermietung läuft und ob ihr euch z.B. durch einen Mietvertrag absichert. Hat es schon mal Probleme gegeben?

bei habe ich gesehen, dass man seine alte Filme digitalisieren lassen kann. Dadurch kann man viel Geld sparen, wenn man seine Lieblingsfilme nicht doppelt und dreifach kaufen muss. Ich selbst habe es schon ausprobiert und war echt begeistert.

Ich wollte gerne mal bei euch nachfragen, ob es zufällig einen anderen Vermieter hier im Forum gibt, der auf seinem Grundstück sonst noch ein Gewächshaus hat.

Ich bin nämlich stark am überlegen, ob ich das dort aufstellen lasse, weil der Platz hierfür durchaus noch vorhanden wäre. Habe mich schon auf Seiten wie https://www.gewaechshausheizung.info/ge ... 3%BCftung/ bezüglich der geeigneten Belüftung informiert.

Die Frage wäre nun: Wie kann ich sichergehen, dass die Mieter das nicht betreten und zerstören?

ich wollte einmal fragen, ob es sich lohnt, ein Fahrrad im Urlaub zu mieten? Bei gab es extra für die aufgeführten Trekkingräder einen Fahrradträger für das Auto. Das ist natürlich erst einmal eine teure Anschaffung, aber auf Dauer lohnt es sich dann doch schon, oder? Wir fahren so gut wie jeden Sommer ans Meer.
Ich bin gespannt auf eure Ratschläge.
