Ich habe erst nach der Suchmaschinenoptimierung meiner Webseite immer Gäste in meinen Wohnungen. Ich habe ein Ferienhaus mit vier Wohnungen, die bis dahin meistens leer standen, da mich kein Gast über Google finden konnte. Für mich hat sich die Investition gelohnt und ich lasse seitdem regelmäßig für meine Webseite machen. Alle Vermieter, die ständig eine volle Bude haben, machen regelmäßig online Marketing, aber leider wollen es die meisten nicht zugeben.

Betrag 50,00 € - 100,00 € / Monat. Das ist eine definitiv sinnvollere Option als SEO.

SEO macht aus meiner Sicht sinn, wenn du mehr als 25 Objekte vermietest. Standard SEO kannst du selbst sehr schnell umsetzen. Je nach eingesetzem CMS geht das sehr einfach.
