Darüber habe bisher ehrlich gesagt noch keinen Gedanken verschwendet, weil ich es mir nicht vorstellen könnte, dass ich die komplette Führung und Verwaltung meiner Wohnungen und Häuser in fremde Hände abgehe, zumindest zu einem gewissen Teil möchte ich da schon in das Geschehen eingeschlossen sein.

Wir haben nur lediglich wie die Firma Rewi-Team beauftragt eine Unterhaltsreinigung in unseren Ferienwohnungen durchzuführen, damit wir uns selbst nicht darum kümmern müssen. Dies klappt insofern auch ganz gut, mehr Tätigkeiten würde ich aber wie gesagt nicht aus der Hand geben.

Haben Sie darauf eine Antwort erhalten bzw. eine praktikable Lösung für sich gefunden?

Wenn Sie Interesse würde ich Ihnen gerne meinen Service vorstellen. Ich vermiete seit Jahren Ferienimmobilien für verschiedene private Eigentümer an der Ostseeküste (alle Wohnungen befinden sich in der gleichen Residenz). Ich übernehme für sie die Mietverwaltung d.h. die Vermietung, die Überwachung der Zahlungen, das Marketing und die Abrechnung mit den Eigentümern. Vor Ort sind noch eine Hausverwalterin (Schüsselübergabe, Reinigung, Ansprechpartner für die Gäste) und ein Hausmeister (Kleinreparaturen, Außenbereich) tätig. Diese kleine, sehr persönliche Anlage, ist sehr zufrieden mit der Mietverwaltung. Ich bin nicht direkt vor Ort tätig, was aber auch in Zeiten des Internets nicht mehr zwingend notwendig ist. 1-2 x im Jahr oder nach Bedarf besuche ich die Anlage/Wohnungen, bin ansonsten im regelmässigem Kontakt mit der Verwalterin vor Ort. Könnten Sie sich ein solches Konzept für Ihre Ferienwohnungen vorstellen ? meine Eltern haben mir ein Haus mit 6 Ferienwohnungen an der Nordsee hinterlassen. Allerdings kann ich mich darum auf Grund der weiten Entfernung nicht das ganze Jahr kümmern. Meine Eltern haben das zwar selbst gemacht, aber ich kann es zeitlich einfach nicht. Auch ein Umzug ist nicht möglich. Verwandte wohnen dort auch nicht in der Nähe. Jedenfalls habe ich auf http://mitglied.hausundgrund.de/ratgeber.html gelesen, dass man sich bei Eigentümerverbänden in solchen Fällen Hilfe holen kann. Ist das auch bei Mietwohnungen so, oder wird das von einem anderen Verein/Dienstleister verwaltet? Weiß das jemand? Kann mir da jemand eine fachkundige Auskunft geben?
